NDC Consultancy is proud to have recently completed the full refurbishment of 16 Park Square, Northampton, on behalf of the Environment & Assets Department at West Northamptonshire Council. The property, formerly home to a Sure Start Centre, required extensive internal refurbishment following the end of the previous tenancy to prepare it for new occupants.

Our team undertook a comprehensive programme of works to modernise and refresh the entire building, transforming it into a bright, functional, and welcoming environment ready for its next use.

The refurbishment works included:
