Clearance & Waste Removal: Safe removal and disposal of all rubbish, debris, and items left behind by former tenants.
Office Refurbishments: Full redecoration of office spaces, including repainting and the installation of new carpets where required.
Electrical Works: Comprehensive electrical inspections, with repairs and rewiring carried out to bring installations up to current standards.
Kitchen & Bathroom Upgrades: Refurbishment and redecoration of welfare facilities to improve usability and presentation.
Warehouse Restoration: Deep cleaning, painting, and resealing of warehouse floors and walls to restore a clean and professional finish.
Roller Door Refurbishment: Servicing and repair of warehouse roller shutter doors to ensure full operational safety and compliance.
Structural Adjustments: Removal of a non-compliant mezzanine structure installed by previous tenants, ensuring the building met all relevant regulations.
